This position is responsible for designing and delivering programs that elevate how our sales teams sell – from onboarding to continuous development, from knowledge to execution, thus driving sales capability building across a growing organization.

1. Training Design & Delivery 
● Design and deliver engaging, practical training programs for sales teams (new hire onboarding, refreshers, upskilling tracks). 
● Collaborate with sales leaders to identify training needs based on performance gaps, product changes, or go-to-market evolution. 
● Create and maintain training assets: playbooks, manuals, microlearning content, checklists, and job aids. 
● Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions across geographies. 

2. Sales Capability Building 
● Build & update the sales competency framework aligned with business objectives. 
● Develop skill certification processes, observation tools, and scorecards. 
● Support frontline sales managers in coaching and follow-through. 
● Contribute to initiatives such as Sales Academy, Train-the-Trainer, or Learning Loops. 

3. Learning ROI Measurement & Continuous Improvement 
● Track training effectiveness via learner feedback, assessments, productivity, and sales KPIs. 
● Provide reporting and insight to Sales & HR stakeholders. 

4. Sales Culture Building 
● Act as a role model for a performance-driven, feedback-friendly, and learning-oriented sales culture. 
● Collaborate with Sales leaders to embed core values and behaviors into daily operations – from onboarding to team rituals to recognition. 
● Reinforce sales standards, ethics, and merchant-ambassador mindset across different sales roles and levels. 
● Support internal campaigns, field visit programs, and engagement efforts that build pride and identity among the salesforce.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields. 

Experience: 

● Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales capability development, sales training, or HR L&D with a strong focus on sales enablement in insurance, banking, consumer finance, or e-wallet sectors. 

● Proven track record in designing and delivering sales training programs and managing competency frameworks. 

Skills: 

● Strong communication and facilitation skills, in both Vietnamese and English. 

● Curious, data-savvy, and pragmatic – can zoom in (write a script) and zoom out (design a program). 

● Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, LMS platforms; AI tools like ChatGPT are a bonus. 

● Passion for enabling people, with a learner-centric mindset.
