Team Leader - Sales Training
This position is responsible for designing and delivering programs that
elevate how our sales teams sell – from onboarding to continuous development,
from knowledge to execution, thus driving sales capability building across a
growing organization.

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related fields.
Experience:
● Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales capability development, sales training, or HR L&D with a strong focus on sales enablement in insurance, banking, consumer finance, or e-wallet sectors.
● Proven track record in designing and delivering sales training programs and managing competency frameworks.
Skills:
● Strong communication and facilitation skills, in both Vietnamese and English.
● Curious, data-savvy, and pragmatic – can zoom in (write a script) and zoom out (design a program).
● Proficient in tools like Google Workspace, Canva, LMS platforms; AI tools like ChatGPT are a bonus.
● Passion for enabling people, with a learner-centric mindset.
