As Engagement Growth Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of MoMo’s engagement products. You will lead a team to design and execute strategies that build user–user and user–merchant interaction loops, ensuring both sides of the ecosystem see clear value. This role requires combining product understanding, growth tactics, and stakeholder alignment to turn new features into daily habits for millions of users.

  • Translate product launches into adoption strategies: design user journeys, activation funnels, and merchant engagement playbooks;
  • Build and execute category-level adoption plans in partnership with Business Development, Product, and Data teams;
  • Drive merchant adoption: enable partners to create content, interact with users, and leverage engagement features;
  • Drive user adoption: ensure frictionless onboarding, highlight value through incentives, and design re-engagement tactics;
  • Own KPIs across adoption, engagement, and retention; establish clear measurement frameworks and continuously optimize;
  • Champion best practices in adoption playbooks, from post-payment follows to feed interactions, voucher loops, and social engagement mechanics;
  • Act as the main escalation point for adoption challenges across teams; align stakeholders for fast execution.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Growth, Product Marketing, Strategy, or Consulting, with proven impact on adoption or engagement metrics;
  • 1–2 years of team management or leadership experience. Strong understanding of engagement mechanics (user retention, network effects, incentive design);
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, especially with cross-functional teams;
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with ability to connect adoption KPIs to business outcomes;
  • Strong presentation/storytelling skills to engage both internal stakeholders and external partners;
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related fields;
Preferred Qualifications 
  • Experience in fintech, consumer tech, social platforms, or digital engagement products;
  • Familiarity with adoption frameworks (activation funnels, AARRR, habit-forming models);
  • Passion for building interaction loops that scale network effects.
