Senior - UI/UX Designer, Design System

About the role:

This is a role for someone who wants to do more than just push pixels. You will be a core architect, a problem-solver, and an advocate for a unified design language. You will work closely with the team lead and other members to define, build, and evolve the core components and patterns that form our system. Your work will directly influence the daily workflow of our product teams and the experience of millions of end-users.

Mô tả công việc

Collaborate to research, design, and document new, scalable components and patterns for our multi-platform design system.
Conduct UI/UX audits across our product suite to identify inconsistencies and opportunities for system-level improvements.
Own and evolve our Figma component library, ensuring it is robust, consistent, and a joy to use.
Write clear, concise documentation and usage guidelines (the dos and don'ts) that empower designers and developers.
Act as a key partner and consultant for product teams, helping them effectively adopt and contribute to the design system.

Yêu cầu công việc

3+ years of experience in digital product design.
A portfolio showcasing your work on complex, systems-oriented projects. Proven experience building or making significant contributions to a design system is a huge plus.
Mastery of Figma, especially advanced features like Variants, Auto Layout, and Component Properties.
A solid understanding of front-end concepts (e.g., HTML/CSS, React/React Native) to facilitate effective collaboration with engineers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
