As a part of Solutions team, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies for key partners, developing tailored solutions based on MoMo’s product ecosystem, and driving measurable business impact. You will work closely with Business Development, Product, Data, and Operation teams to ensure the successful delivery of partner-focused initiatives.

- Collaborate with BD teams to capture insights, identify growth opportunities for category & specific Merchant.
- Define and coordinate execution of growth strategies to drive partner’s adoption, retention, and revenue, including lifecycle marketing, onboarding, and upsell opportunities.
- Build strategic PowerPoint presentations for partner pitching.
- Collaborate closely with product teams to shape product development based on customer insights and business priorities.
- Drive performance tracking and reporting, providing clear analyses and recommendations for optimization.
- Mentor and guide team members within the growth or product marketing team to elevate capabilities and outcomes.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth, or related roles, preferably in tech, fintech, or SaaS.
- Proven track record of launching and scaling products or services (B2B or fintech preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-informed mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, research, and engineering teams.
- A deep understanding of user behavior, customer journeys, and growth metrics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, creativity, and experimentation.
- Experience in growth hacking, agile development, and customer discovery is a strong plus.
