(Senior) QC Engineer, Chatbot Platform
MoMo is the market leader in mobile payments in Vietnam, committed to making every transaction fast, easy, and joyful for millions of users. We are looking for an experienced QC Engineer to join our growing Big Data & AI team.
At MoMo, AI and Machine Learning are core components embedded in nearly every product feature – from product recommendations and personalization to conversational AI, eKYC, risk scoring, fraud detection, promotion targeting, and financial services.
As a QC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of advanced AI/ML systems, especially in the domain of Conversational AI and Natural Language Processing (NLP). You will work closely with software engineers and data scientists to design and execute comprehensive testing strategies, identify issues early in the development cycle, and ensure successful deployment of models – particularly those involving Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).

- Create/Modify test-related artifacts (test cases, test report, test plans).
- Track and control testing progress, and report to TL about any quality problems/issues of the project.
- Perform all phases of testing including functional, system and regression testing.
- Participate in peer review and inspect requirement documents.
- Prepare test data and environment as needed to complete testing assignments.
- Have a proactive and good work relationship with other team members.
- Analyze and raise the issues, propose the solution to improve the system.

- Degree in Computer Science or related fields
- 5+ years experiences in manual test Web, App Mobile
- Experience in QC of highly scalable, distributed and high-performance applications as APIs, Adhoc Test.
- Ability to hands-on testing in multiple projects, Integration Test and developing test cases, test plan
- Have knowledge and experience in API testing (Postman tool), Query Databases, Performance test (Jmeter)
- Good knowledge of databases
- Good knowledge of software development methodologies
- Good analytic skills and mindset
- Motivated and ability to work overtime
- Teamwork spirit
- Experience in testing AI Models / chatbots is a big plus.
