We are seeking a Product Growth & Personalization Specialist to lead tailored user experiences for our Home and Search touchpoints. Your vision is to create a “personalized home for everyone,” driving higher click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates (CR) through data-driven experimentation, creative messaging, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how each user segment engages with our superapp’s multi-domain services.

1. Experimentation & Testing
  • Design and execute A/B or multivariate tests across Home and Search to validate hypotheses, improve CTR, and optimize conversion. 
  • Implement personalization strategies for each user segment based on behavioral and demographic insights. 

2. Conversion Optimization 
  • Continuously refine on-site flows, content, and UX elements to reduce friction and increase conversion rates. 
  • Collaborate with product teams to prioritize and implement impactful feature requests that boost user engagement. 

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with Business Units to launch joint experiments and growth campaigns that align with their specific product/service offerings. 
  • Work with the product team on featuring requests and friction-reduction initiatives to maximize user satisfaction and retention. 

4. Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Track and analyze weekly performance metrics (CTR, CR) for each user segment, synthesizing experiment results into actionable insights. 
  • Provide regular updates on experiment performance, highlighting successes, failures, and learnings to key stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience & Background:
  • 3–4 years of B2C experience in growth experimentation, CRO, or digital marketing—ideally in e-commerce, fintech, marketplace, or multi-domain services. 
  • Demonstrated ability to craft targeted messaging for diverse user segments and quickly research market trends. 
  • Proven track record running ads on platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google) and optimizing website/homepage conversion. 
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field

Technical & Analytical Skills 
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools (Optimizely, Google Optimize, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.). 
  • Proficiency in SQL is a plus for deeper data analysis. 
  • Understanding of basic statistical principles for experiment design and interpretation. 
  • Creative & Collaborative Approach Ability to conceptualize engaging content and messaging strategies tailored to each user segment. 
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Data, ML, BU leads). 
  • Organized and results-oriented with an aptitude for driving multiple experiments simultaneously.
