As a Senior Product Executive of Online Payment Services, you will help crafting new & improved experience that shaping how million of users making online payments today. Your mission is to ensure every online payment experience made seamless, safe, and engaging.
You will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute them with high impact. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role, where you are expected to operate with strong autonomy, influence, and domain expertise to make online payments seamless, safe, and engaging for millions of users.

  • Product Strategy & Execution: Partner with Product & Business Managers to define the roadmap for funding features that enhance online payment experiences. Drive the product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, and post‑launch refinement—with an emphasis on UX simplicity and storytelling.
  • User Research: Observe how users talk about and perform online payment actions. Identify emotional friction points and convert them into trust‑building or joyful moments.
  • Data‑Driven: Track and analyze how clarity, tone, and UX adjustments affect key metrics, running through user funnels. Use behavioral insights to guide design choices.
  • Experience Simplification: Translate complex payment logic into intuitive flows and clear micro‑copy. Reduce user effort, anxiety, and confusion through thoughtful design and language.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work with Design, Engineering, and Marketing to turn abstract system rules into human‑centered experiences that communicate clearly and delight consistently.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields (required).
  • 2+ years of experience as a product executive, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Good understanding of the payment ecosystem is a plus.
  • Experienced with agile development methodologies.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and to make sound product decisions.
  • Passion for building products that help people manage their money more effectively.
