This is a Product Management role focused on building AI-powered products and internal platforms that transform how Marketing operates at scale.
As the Senior Product Manager - AI Marketing & Automation, you will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-driven marketing automation capabilities across MoMo. Working closely with Engineering, AI, Data, Design, and Marketing teams, you will build products that help marketers work smarter, deliver more personalized customer experiences, and drive measurable business impact.
This is not a traditional Product Manager role focused on customer-facing features, nor is it a traditional Marketing role. Instead, you will build internal AI-powered products and platforms that enable Marketing teams to engage millions of users more effectively.
We are looking for someone with strong product thinking, a passion for emerging AI technologies, and the ability to translate business problems into scalable product solutions. Experience working with Growth, CRM, or Marketing teams is a strong advantage, but not a requirement

- Own the AI Marketing Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Identify opportunities where AI can improve marketing effectiveness, customer engagement, and operational efficiency across MoMo's marketing ecosystem.
- Define and own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and prioritization of AI-powered marketing products.
- Prioritize initiatives based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Build AI Marketing Products & Platform
- Define and build AI-powered products that help marketers create, personalize, automate, and optimize campaigns at scale.
- Translate marketing challenges into scalable product solutions, including AI-assisted workflows, customer segmentation, content generation, personalization, and campaign optimization.
- Design reusable platform capabilities that enable faster experimentation, greater automation, and consistent execution across marketing teams.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Engineering, AI, Data, and Design teams throughout the product lifecycle from discovery and prioritization to launch and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and integrate external AI technologies where they can accelerate product delivery or unlock new capabilities.
- Drive Product Adoption & Business Impact
- Define product success metrics and experimentation frameworks to measure adoption, business impact, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and continuously improve the product experience.
- Scale successful products and capabilities while quickly iterating or retiring initiatives based on data and business outcomes.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Platform Products, Growth Products, or Marketing Technology, preferably in consumer technology, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS, or digital platforms.
- Proven experience owning products end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap planning to launch and optimization.
- Strong product thinking with the ability to prioritize initiatives and drive execution across cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of AI technologies (e.g. LLMs, Generative AI, AI agents, or workflow automation) and their practical business applications.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using product metrics and experimentation to guide decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in marketing technology, CRM, customer engagement, personalization, or marketing automation is a plus.
- Proficient in both English and Vietnamese.
