This is not a traditional marketing manager role. We are looking for someone who combines the instincts of a growth marketer, the mindset of a product manager, and a genuine obsession with what AI makes possible.
You are equally comfortable imagining what is possible and getting your hands dirty to build it. You work with engineers and AI teams to ship real products, and you hold yourself accountable for the business outcomes they drive. Redefine Marketing Workflows with AI
- Identify where AI can replace or fundamentally improve how MoMo targets, segments, and communicates to users — and turn those ideas into working pilots
- Translate emerging AI capabilities — generative AI, LLMs, predictive models — into practical and scalable marketing applications.
- Design and build AI-powered creative systems that generate personalized content, product narratives, and engagement tactics tailored to each user's journey
- Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches powered by AI, from dynamic messaging to generative visuals and beyond
Build Internal Marketing Platforms & Tools
- Define and own the product roadmap for MoMo's marketing and creative tools — what gets built, in what order, and why
- Work closely with engineering and AI teams to turn new marketing approaches into durable platform capabilities that the whole marketing team can use
- Evaluate and integrate best-in-class external AI tools where building in-house is not the right call
Experiment, Measure & Scale What Works
- Design structured experiments across new workflows, creative products, and platform features
- Build measurement frameworks that connect AI marketing initiatives directly to business outcomes - especially, engagement & conversion
- Scale what works fast; kill what doesn't faster
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing and growth, or a related field — ideally in consumer tech, fintech, e-commerce, or digital platforms
- Background as a product owner, growth marketer, or digital marketer — someone who has owned a product or channel end-to-end and is accountable for its outcomes
- Demonstrable experience applying AI or automation tools to marketing or product problems
- Strong product thinking: ability to define requirements, prioritize a roadmap, and work with engineering teams to build internal tools
- Solid analytical skills — comfortable with data, A/B testing, and translating results into decisions
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI tools, or AI-powered creative platforms
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, marketing automation platforms, or BI tools
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
