1. Office & Facility Management 
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of all office facilities and administrative services; 
  • Manage office setup, relocation, expansion, or renovation projects end-to-end; 
  • Serve as the main point of contact with landlords and building management (B+ grade or higher), including lease negotiation, issue resolution, and maintaining long-term partnerships; 
  • Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and operational regulations in all workplace arrangements. 
 2. General Administration 
  • Operations Oversee and optimize the company’s administrative expenses; prepare reports for the Board of Management; 
  • Develop and implement internal policies, procedures, and staff benefits under the admin scope; 
  • Maintain proper documentation, vendor contracts, and service records related to admin functions. 
3. Team Leadership & Development 
  • Supervise, coach, and grow the administrative team to ensure high-quality service delivery; 
  • Define team goals, monitor performance, and create a collaborative and efficient work environment; 
  • Foster strong partnerships with other departments to align admin support with evolving business needs. 
4. Executive & External Affairs Support 
  • Provide logistics and protocol support for executive management, including guest reception, event coordination, and travel arrangements; 
  • Represent the Admin team in cross-functional meetings or external communications where necessary; 
  • Stay up to date with organizational changes to proactively adjust administrative support strategies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Law, or a related field. 
  • Experience: 
    • At least 5 years in General Administration / Facilities Management, preferably in large-scale organizations (1,000+ employees); 
    • At least 2 years in a managerial role, with a proven ability to lead admin teams effectively;
    • Hands-on experience working with landlords and managing office spaces in B+ or higher grade buildings; 
    • Experience in overseeing construction, renovation, or office relocation projects is a plus. 
  • Skills: 
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 
    • Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management abilities; 
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and common workplace systems; 
    • Budget management and cost-control mindset.
