In this role, you will be the storyteller behind our people and culture - crafting meaningful, creative, and impactful content that connects over 2,000 MoMoers nationwide. You’ll help strengthen our culture, celebrate our milestones, and ensure every MoMoer feels informed, inspired, and proud to be part of our journey.

- Create and manage engaging content across internal communication channels - internal email, newsletters, Workplace, internal social platforms, POSM, and videos.
- Develop storytelling content that brings MoMo’s values, vision, and culture to life, enhancing employee pride and engagement.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns for company-wide events, announcements, and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with HR, Operations, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, creative, and aligned messaging.
- Produce multimedia materials (POSMs, videos, visuals, infographics) in partnership with design and production teams.
- Monitor and analyze engagement data to optimize content effectiveness and employee reach.
- Support leadership communications by drafting speeches, key messages, or scripts when needed.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, internal communications, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Proven ability to create clear, engaging, and emotionally resonant messages for diverse employee groups.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools (basic video editing, design, or social media management).
- A creative thinker and culture builder with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Experience in corporate culture initiatives, employee engagement, or employer branding is a strong advantage.
