MoMo is a leading fintech company on a mission to empower millions of users and merchants through innovative growth solutions. Within this mission, the Promotion & Loyalty team drives adoption, engagement, and retention by leveraging data-driven insights, product-led growth, and creative campaigns across key touchpoints (Promotion Hub, My Voucher, Rewards, decentralized widgets, etc).

We are looking for a Senior Growth Specialist with strong skills in data analysis, marketing, and business growth execution. This role will play a critical part in designing, testing, and scaling initiatives that deliver measurable impact for both users and merchants.

  • Lead the execution of growth initiatives across Promotion & Rewards platforms, from analysis to implementation.
  • Work closely with the Product team, ML team to test, develop, and revamp features that drive user adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage data analytics and experimentation (A/B testing, segmentation, predictive insights) to drive measurable improvements in user activation, retention, and voucher redemption.
  • Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities, trends, and user needs.
  • Define and monitor core growth KPIs (MAU, MEU, % redeem/burn, merchant participation, cost efficiency) and translate insights into actionable items.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with business operations, growth, end-users and merchant teams to deliver end-to-end execution of growth plans.
  • Act as a growth driver in the ecosystem by bringing bold ideas, challenging the status quo, and hustling to deliver tangible business impact.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in Growth, Business Analytics, Product Marketing, or Digital Marketing (Fintech, Ecommerce, or Ride-hailing background is a plus.)
  • Proven expertise in data analytics (SQL/Excel/BI tools), with strong ability to turn insights into strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and growth experiments.
  • Strong logical business growth mindset—able to connect data, marketing, and product levers to deliver impact.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to work cross-functionally with senior partners.
  • Highly results-driven, detail-oriented, and execution-focused, with the agility to thrive in fast-paced environments.
