AR/AP Control Accountant is responsible for managing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and related balances to ensure accurate recording, timely reconciliation, and compliance with accounting and tax regulations in a high-volume transaction environment

1. Booking

  • Record bank debit and credit transactions accurately and timely.

  • Others

2. Accounts Receivable Management

  • Control revenue accrual, ensuring proper reversal and VAT invoice issuance in compliance with regulations.

  • Follow up AR collections in line with payment terms.

  • Coordinate with Business Units and Reconciliation Team to resolve discrepancies.

  • Monitor AR aging and propose recovery actions; make provision for doubtful debts in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to manage and maintain the customer master list, ensuring information is complete and updated timely.

3. Other Receivables and Other Payables Management

  • Control balances of other receivables and other payables based on monthly reconciliation minutes, ensuring ledger balances match reconciliation records.

  • Coordinate with the Reconciliation Team to monitor and resolve discrepancies.

  • Monitor aging and handle overdue balances; make provision for doubtful debts in compliance with accounting and tax regulations.

4. Internal Control and Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Circular 99 (TT99) and current tax regulations.

  • Prepare documentation for audits, tax inspections, and other internal or external reviews.

  • Propose improvements to AR/AP control processes.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, or related fields.

  • 2–5 years of AR/AP or General Accounting experience: Experience in Fintech, Payment, E-commerce, or high-volume environments is preferred.

  • Good knowledge of accounting and tax regulations.

  • Languages: Good in English, both written and spoken

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Detail-oriented, strong time management, able to work under pressure.
  • Good teamwork and communication skills.
