Senior Executive/ Lead - Strategic Projects

1. Project Management

• Regarding this scope, your duty is to keep multiple workstreams on track — maintain timelines, keep stakeholders informed on progress, and send alerts on any risks with proper cadence.
• You also drive cross-departmental alignment, leading resource negotiation across Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure product launches land on time.
• There are two ongoing workstreams that need your participation: TTT Core Business Transformation and TTT Business Context Engine. And there will be more to come.

• Acquisition vertical is responsible for acquiring new customers to TTT and making sure they have a clear perception of TTT value props.
• As the owner, your responsibility is to define the customer segment, determine the job to be done of each segment, then create initiatives — product enhancement, promotion scheme, or communication plan — to address that job and uplift the funnel.

• This function is responsible for keeping TTT's business operations healthy and well-informed — across customer satisfaction, financial accuracy, and strategic partnerships.
• As the owner, you collaborate with Customer Support (CS) to uplift and maintain customer satisfaction, work with Accounting & Finance (AF) to oversee accurate reconciliation processes across all transactional products and services, and manage end-to-end relationships with strategic partners including asset management companies and banks.

• Beyond day-to-day ops, you build TTT's brain — consolidating all business factors, composing them as AI-friendly artifacts, and turning that into a living business context engine.
