- Support Growth Initiatives
- Assist in planning and executing growth campaigns targeting user acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to ensure smooth implementation.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze user behavior and campaign performance to provide actionable insights.
- Track key metrics and prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Campaign Execution
- Coordinate media campaigns, promotional programs, and content assets.
- Work with creative and communication teams to ensure brand and message consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the internal team to relay user feedback and support product-led growth.
- Align with Operations to resolve campaign issues and enhance the user journey.
- Process & Performance Optimization
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and user engagement.
- Participate in testing, learning, and iterating to improve growth impact.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Finance.
- Experience in Finance - Securities or fintech is a plus.
- At least 2 years working in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing or User insights.
- Understanding of product development and knowledge of investment.
- Familiar with the Securities/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users.
- A data-driven approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication and ability to clearly articulate vision.
- Strong projects and tasks management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders
