The Senior C&B Executive will take full ownership of end-to-end Compensation & Benefits (C&B) operations for assigned subsidiaries, including payroll processing, social insurance, personal income tax (PIT), employee benefits, and compliance with local labor regulations. In parallel, this role will also be responsible for overseeing Time Attendance operations for MoMo, serving as a policy writer for C&B-related matters, and working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll inputs

  • Monitor and maintain accurate Time Attendance data, act as the key point of contact for attendance-related to resolve data discrepancies with managers or employees before payroll cutoff.

  • Take full ownership of end-to-end C&B operations for subsidiaries, including payroll, PIT, SHUI, and employee lifecycle management; proactively provide consultation and operational support to other subsidiaries when needed.

  • Coordinate and administer Premium Health Insurance programs, including planning schedules, vendor coordination, communication with employees, and handling exception cases.

  • Manage contracts for collaborators/freelancers, including contract issuance, renewals, and termination. Coordinate the deliverable acceptance process for payment execution.

  • Responsible for Expat Management, including but not limited to: coordinate between Expats and vendors for inbound expats' practicality (e.g., work permit and immigration related matters, temporary residence card; …), provide support to Expat to understand the local regulation such as labor law, tax, etc.

  • Maintain a centralized and version-controlled policy repository, including but not limited to: draft, revise, and propose C&B policies, procedures, guidelines, and internal FAQs, collaborate with Legal, HRBP, and AF teams to ensure policies are legally compliant, clearly communicated, and practically applicable.

  • Support internal and external payroll audits by preparing and providing required reports and documentation.

  • Take on ad-hoc assignments as required by Line manager or C&B Manager.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Relevant professional HR certification is preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in C&B or Payroll role in companies with 1,000+ employees

  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam labor law, SHUI regulations, and Personal Income Tax

  • Skills:

  • Strong Excel (array formulas, pivot tables, data validation); good with PowerPoint

  • Logical, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset

  • Proactive, solution-oriented communication skills

  • Able to work independently, under pressure, and manage multiple deadlines

  • Customer-oriented with high accuracy and service mindset

  • Able to prepare proposals and present to internal stakeholders

  • Fluent in English (especially in speaking and writing)
