This role is responsible for developing partnerships with government agencies and driving the growth of digital payments across public service platforms, particularly the National Public Service Portal.
The position plays a key role in expanding payment integrations, increasing user adoption and transaction volume, and identifying new opportunities to scale digital services in the public sector. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and also requires a solid understanding of product marketing, including positioning, user adoption strategy, and go-to-market planning for digital services.

- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with ministries, government agencies, and public service providers in order to expand payment integrations and service coverage.
- Identify new opportunities for collaboration, prepare partnership proposals, and participate in negotiations and implementation planning.
- Work closely with product and engineering teams to understand technical and business requirements from partners, propose suitable solutions, and monitor integration progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Take an active role in shaping product marketing strategies for public service payments, including defining value propositions, identifying target user segments, and proposing initiatives that improve adoption and transaction frequency.
- Collaborate with Growth and Marketing teams to execute campaigns and optimize user journeys based on data insights.
- Monitor transaction performance, analyze user behavior and market trends, and provide recommendations to improve growth, refine product positioning, and identify new expansion opportunities.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 3 to 7 years of experience in business development, government relations, fintech, digital services, or related fields, preferably with exposure to public sector or government projects.
- Bachelor’s degree is required (Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred).
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Practical understanding of digital products, system integration concepts, and product marketing fundamentals, including user segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
- Candidates who have experience working with government agencies, particularly ministries or provincial authorities, or who possess an existing network in the public sector, will be strongly preferred.
