Responsible for managing general ledger activities, month-end closing, financial reporting, and tax support to ensure accounting accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in accordance with applicable laws and accounting standards

1. Month-end Closing & General Ledger

- Record accruals for expenses

- Perform prepaid expense allocation and fixed asset depreciation

- Accrue deposit interest income and loan interest expense

- Record payroll-related accounting entries

- Review accounting balances and investigate unusual variances, reconcile key accounts, and ensure data accuracy before month-end closing.

2. Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, half-years financial reports (including Financial Statements and Financial Safety Ratio Reports (BC TL ATTC))

- Prepare others report for management, business and internal control purposes

- Support half-year audit and provide audit schedules/workings

3. Tax Support & Compliance

- Prepare quarterly tax declarations, including VAT and PIT obligations related to investor transactions that the company is required to declare and remit on behalf of investors

- Ensure tax compliance in accordance with applicable tax regulations and statutory requirements

- Support tax review, tax audit, statutory compliance, and external audit requirements
