We are looking for a passionate Middle QC Engineer to ensure the quality of our Web and Mobile applications. In this role, you will be responsible for both manual and automation testing while leveraging AI tools to improve testing efficiency and software quality.

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical documents to design comprehensive test scenarios.
Design and execute test cases for Web and Mobile applications.
Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, and edge-case testing.
Verify business logic, not only UI behavior.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases.
Report, reproduce, and track defects until resolution.
Design and maintain automation test scripts.
Apply AI-assisted testing throughout the workflow — using AI/LLM tools to generate test cases, expand coverage, and accelerate writing/maintaining automation code for both Web and Mobile applications.
Validate AI-generated outputs to ensure correctness and maintainability.
Participate in requirement reviews to identify ambiguities and potential risks early.
Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Owners, Designers, and Business Analysts.
Provide clear testing reports and quality status updates.

Must-have
2–5 years of experience in Software Testing/QC.
1+ years of hands-on experience in Test Automation (Web/Mobile).
Experience testing both Web Applications and Mobile Applications (Android/iOS).
Strong understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle.
Strong test case design skills.
Experience in:

  • Functional Testing
  • Regression Testing
  • Integration Testing
  • Exploratory Testing
  • Smoke/Sanity Testing
  • UAT support

Experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Appium.
Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into meaningful test scenarios.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum with Jira;
Basic/Intermediate experience in API Testing and SQL database queries.
Experience in using AI tools/coding assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor,…) to generate, refactor, and maintain automation scripts for Web & Mobile.
Ability to work independently and collaborate well with team members;
Ability to learn new technologies and adapt quickly.

Nice-to-have
Embrace "Vibe Coding" culture: Familiarity with modern AI-driven coding approaches (using Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Copilot, …) to rapidly prototype, write automation code, and build testing utilities.
Having personal or professional projects/frameworks built with a "vibe coding" / AI-first mindset is a huge plus! (Please feel free to share your GitHub or project details).
