As a Product Team Lead – User Growth (Online Payment Services), you will take end-to-end ownership of shaping and optimizing online payment user journeys. Your mission is to ensure every online payment journey is seamless, safe, and engaging. Unlike traditional PO roles, this position goes beyond feature delivery — you will deep dive into the business, market, and user behaviors to design solutions that drive both user adoption and business growth.
You will work directly with cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership to define strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute with high impact. This is a high-visibility individual contributor role, where you are expected to operate with strong autonomy, influence, and domain expertise to make online payments seamless, safe, and engaging for millions of users.

Strategic Ownership
- Define and drive the vision and roadmap for online payment user experiences, ensuring alignment with company strategy.
- Identify market opportunities, anticipate industry trends, and translate them into actionable product initiatives.
- Be the “go-to expert” for online payment business logic, regulatory context, and market landscape.
Business & Product Impact
- Deeply understand business objectives and user needs to deliver product solutions that maximize adoption, engagement, and long-term trust in online payments.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, Operation, Design, Data Analytics, …) to shape product initiatives that strengthen user experience and ecosystem competitiveness.
- Own and monitor key user journey KPIs across online payment funnels, from onboarding and first transaction to repeated usage and retention.
Product Development
- Translate insights into structured product requirements and user-centered solutions.
- Define business logic and align with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and scalability.
- Continuously optimize user journeys, eliminating friction points while enhancing trust and convenience.
Cross-functional Influence
- Act as a key counterpart to senior leaders in Product, Design, Tech, Business, Growth, and Operations.
- Ensure transparency on project priorities, trade-offs, and risks through clear and proactive communication.
- Champion user-first thinking while balancing stakeholder alignment.
Continuous Optimization
- Monitor performance through data, analytics, and multi-channel feedback (user, merchant, market).
- Propose and implement timely improvements to maintain high standards of safety, reliability, and engagement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related field (required).
- 4+ years of experience in Product Owner/Product Development, ideally in fintech, payments, or large-scale consumer platforms.
- Proven ability to deliver high-impact, end-to-end product initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to connect product design to business strategy and P&L impact.
- Skilled in data-driven decision-making and deriving actionable insights from complex user/market data.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with exposure to senior leadership discussions.
- A user-first mindset, with strong intuition for designing intuitive, trustworthy user journeys.
- Technical knowledge of payment technologies and online payment models is a plus.
