  • Define and execute Product strategy 
    • Develop and execute a product strategy and product roadmap aligned with business goals and company objectives 
    • Define KPIs and metrics to measure product performance and business impact. 
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and prioritization. 
  • Lead Product Development, Product Innovation and Improvement
    • Oversee end-to-end product development, from discovery and feature prioritization to timely delivery with cross-functional teams. 
    • Conduct constant A/B testing to ensure high product quality and best-in-class user experience through careful exploration, continuous iteration and optimizing different UI/UX.
  • Drive Product growth 
    • Develop scalable growth strategies by analyzing customer insights, market trends, and competitor insights. 
    • Leverage data-driven decision-making to optimize product adoption, engagement, and retention. 
    • Design features and gamification to enhance user retention and platform stickiness. 
  • Build Customer centric product 
    • Conduct market research and constant user testing to uncover user needs, pain points and improve customer satisfaction 
    • Translate user and behavioral insights into actionable product enhancements. 
    • Prioritize features based on user impact and usability; implement feedback loops for continuous learning. 
    • Use A/B testing and cohort analysis to validate and refine product decisions. 
  • Manage and Optimize Product Performance 
    • Track key metrics to monitor product health, user satisfaction, and business outcomes. 
    • Use cohort analysis to validate and refine features for optimal performance. 
    • Optimize resource allocation and workflows to align with business objectives.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Tech or a related field; MBA is a plus; 
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management and growth with a proven track record of successfully growing B2C users via product-led growth initiatives; 
  • Prior experience in B2C platform growth is required. Strong understanding of B2C user behavior, product-led growth strategies; 
  • Understanding of C2C network effect, user-generated content is a plus; 
  • Understanding of marketing, fintech, banking, ecommerce, machine learning for recommendation problems is a strong plus; 
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. 
  • Able to link between product and business metrics; 
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner; 
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across cross-functional teams; 
  • Proficiency in product management disciplines, from discovery to delivery to launching.
