User Growth Strategy & Execution 
  • Develop and implement scalable user growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention;
  • Identify and optimize key growth levers such as user incentives, gamification, referrals and viral loops;
  • Leverage data analytics and experimentation to track user behavior and refine growth tactics, improve conversion rates and increase product adoption;
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to design and implement scalable growth initiatives;
Business-Driven Product leadership 
  • Lead the business-driven product roadmap, strategies, ensuring product solutions align with growth objectives and user needs;
  • Work with the Product team to drive constant product innovation, introduce new features, UX/UI improvements, and implement product-led growth initiatives;
  • Identify opportunities for A/B testing, experimentation, and rapid iterations to improve product adoption, user engagement and retention;
  • Ensure seamless integration of market insights, user feedback, and competitive intelligence into product development;
  • Lead constant growth improvement initiatives 
Cross-functional Leadership & Stakeholder Alignment 
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Data, and Tech teams to execute growth strategies effectively;
  • Influence senior stakeholders and decision makers by presenting data driven insights and growth recommendations to align priorities across business and product teams;
  • Manage growth initiatives through agile sprints, ensuring efficiency in achieving company goals;
Performance Tracking & Continuous Optimization 
  • Define, monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and evaluate user growth and product success;
  • Monitor product adoption, retention, and engagement trends, and implement strategic decisions based on data-driven insights;
  •  Optimize and scale best practices across the division to drive sustained growth. Regularly report on performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Tech, or a related field; MBA is a plus;
  • 6+ years in product management, growth strategy, or business-led product expansion;
  • Proven track record of successfully growing B2C users through product-led growth initiatives;
  • Prior experience in B2C platform growth with a strong understanding of B2C user behavior;
  • Knowledge of C2C network effects and user-generated content is a plus;
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, able to translate data into actionable insights;
  • Ability to link product and business metrics, ensuring alignment between growth and product objectives;
  • Proficiency in product management disciplines, from discovery to delivery and launch;
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, fintech, banking, eCommerce, and machine learning for recommendation systems is a plus;
  • Proven team leadership and cross-functional collaboration experience. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence teams;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex ideas clearly.
