The Culture Building & Engagement Manager plays a critical role in ensuring employees stay informed, engaged, and connected to MoMo’s mission, vision, and values. This role is responsible for shaping company culture, driving alignment, and turning values into tangible actions that employees experience in their daily work — especially through high-impact internal events and engagement initiatives. As a strategic partner to HR and leadership, this role will develop and execute communication and event strategies that enhance employee experience and foster a strong organizational culture.

  • Embed Culture and Values into Everyday Work
    • Translate company values into practical actions and behaviors that guide decision-making and teamwork.
    • Develop tools like the Company Value Book to reinforce values through storytelling, employee experiences, and real-world applications.
    • Design and lead culture-driven events and rituals (e.g. townhalls, MoMo Day, recognition events, workshops) that bring values to life.
    • Collaborate with HR and leadership to integrate cultural values into hiring, onboarding, and performance processes.
  • Lead Internal Communication & Engagement Activities
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communication framework and guidelines to ensure clarity, consistency, and engagement across the organization.
    • Define and maintain the company’s internal communication tone of voice, ensuring messages resonate with different employee segments, from executives to frontline teams.
    • Manage and optimize internal communication channels, including newsletters, emails, group chats, digital screens, and more.
    • Support communication planning and content development for key business and HR initiatives.
    • Coordinate closely with Internal Comms, Brand, and cross-functional teams to promote and amplify internal events.
  • Plan and Execute Internal Events
    • Lead the ideation, planning, and execution of internal events, such as:
    • Town halls, leadership talks, year-end party, team celebrations, MoMo Day
    • CSR activities, wellness events, employee bonding and appreciation days
    • Manage end-to-end event logistics: concept, budgeting, vendor management, communications, and on-site execution.
    • Ensure all events align with company values, brand identity, and deliver memorable employee experiences.
  • Support Leadership & Change Communication
    • Equip executives and managers with communication strategies that enhance authenticity and impact.
    • Develop messaging and storytelling approaches that align with organizational goals and leadership priorities.
    • Support leadership presence and message delivery at internal events and milestones.
  • Measure and Improve Impact
    • Track engagement metrics, employee feedback, and sentiment to assess the impact of communication and event efforts.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in internal communications and employee events.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience organizing corporate or internal events; experience in employee engagement or internal communications is a strong plus.
  • Proven project management skills: highly organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and interpersonal skills; confident working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for designing meaningful employee experiences.
  • Hands-on experience working with vendors, suppliers, AV/production teams, and event platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment; flexible to support events outside standard hours as needed.
