In your role, you will also supervise an executive-level legal team member, providing leadership and coordination in day-to-day legal operations, stakeholder engagement, and regulatory interaction. You will report to the Senior Manager - Legal.

Provide legal advice to operational and functional units on matters relating to intermediary payment, cross-border payment, e-commerce, advertising & promotion, IT/IP, data privacy (PDPL), AML, consumer protection.
Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documents for payment, e-commerce, IT/technology, marketing and partnership activities; support post-contract issues with merchants, partners, customers and suppliers.
Support new business initiatives from a legal and licensing perspective (investment structure, new products/solutions, establishment or modification of business locations/branches, corporate matters, etc.).
Oversee and provide legal support for customer-facing and commercial activities, including marketing and promotional campaigns, and customer/merchant claims ensuring compliance with advertising, promotion and consumer protection laws.
Partner with IT, Compliance and other functions to review digital projects, assess and manage legal, PDPL, AML and cybersecurity risks, develop and update internal policies and procedures, support regulatory reporting, internal audits and assessments, and deliver legal training and awareness.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Law;
Lawyer’s Practicing Certificate are preferred.

Experience:

Over 5 years working experience (e-commerce, fintech, finance & banking is preferable).

Skills & Mindset:

Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and manage time effectively;
Good sense of responsibility, mature, self-driven, and able to manage projects independently with minimum supervision.
