Provide IT support and deployment for internal users, including computers, operating systems, software, printers, video conferencing systems, cameras, time attendance devices, etc;
Support users in troubleshooting basic network-related issues such as LAN, Internet, and WiFi connectivity;
Coordinate with relevant teams to research, propose, and implement appropriate technical solutions based on business needs;
Deliver IT support services in compliance with internal processes, ensuring timely response and service quality;
Log, track, and update support requests via the ticketing system (if applicable);

College or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields;
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking fundamentals;
Experience or familiarity with ticketing systems and network-based OS deployment is a plus;
Logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn;
Positive working attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and service mindset;
Able to take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure proper completion.
