- Business Page Data Management
- Handle business page registration, verification, and data updates from sources such as CS, Merchant, BU, iPOS, etc.
- Manage business page data: mapping store codes for top brands, duplicate filtering, and managing top brand store lists.
- Support business unit (BU) requests related to business pages, including Banner Configuration setup, Carousel Banner management, and image synchronization for top brand chains.
- Promotion Program Operations
- Review and approve promotional programs for merchants via iPOS.
- Assist in creating and updating business page information for merchants participating in promotions.
- User Guide Documentation
- Develop user manuals for the Business Page before launching new features to ensure seamless user adoption.
- Game Operations
- Support game operations for partners by gathering required information and ensuring smooth execution.
- Handle game-related complaints efficiently through the Customer Service (CS) channel.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree from a college or university.
- 1-3 years of experience in administration or business operations.
- Proficiency in management tools such as Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn.
