As the Associate Product Lead – Internal Automation, you will play a key role in transforming MoMo's internal automation ecosystem. Your efforts will focus on reducing manual tasks and enhancing operational efficiency by driving AI-based automation and improving user experience. You will collaborate closely with various teams to define strategic direction, oversee feature development, and ensure an intuitive user experience for employees leveraging AI support.

Product Vision & Strategy:
- Define, refine, and align the product roadmap, with a special focus on AI-driven automation and enhancing user experience.
Feature Development:
- Prioritize and oversee the implementation of new features, emphasizing automation, chatbot capabilities, and system integrations.
User Experience & Adoption:
- Enhance user (MoMo employees) engagement and ensure intuitive interactions for employees using AI assistance.
Performance Monitoring:
- Analyze usage data and user feedback to optimize and scale product capabilities. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical, operations, and other relevant teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of product objectives.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
- Proven experience in product management or business analysis for at least 3 years, particularly in projects related to automation, AI, or system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with digital transformation initiatives, especially in Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, or FinTech, with a focus on workflow digitization and productivity optimization.
- A strong product ownership mindset – caring about impact, owning outcomes, and driving continuous improvements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for deep research, particularly in the AI space.
Leadership & Project Management
- Deep understanding of how cross-functional teams operate efficiently in large-scale organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage project timelines, and coordinate with various departments.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Technical Expertise
- Solid grasp of automation technologies, chatbots, and system integration concepts.
- Ability to utilize data analysis for product optimization and decision-making.
Strategic & Creative
- Thinking Capability to set a clear product direction, propose innovative solutions, and optimize internal workflows through smart automation strategies.
- Ability to guide and consult business stakeholders on workflow design, digital tools, and automation best practices.
- Smart, resourceful, eager to learn, and capable of deep problem deconstruction.
