We are seeking an Associate - Product Executive to join the Cashloan (Vay Nhanh) product team. In this role, you will support product development activities, uncover user insights, and contribute to initiatives that enhance product performance and overall user experience.
This position is well-suited for someone who is data-driven, growth-oriented, and eager to deepen product development skills in a fast-paced fintech environment. You will work directly with real users, real metrics, and real business outcomes—gaining hands-on experience in building impactful lending products.

1. Product Discovery & Delivery
- Identify user problems and propose data-driven solutions within assigned product areas.
- Conduct user research and market observations to support growth ideation and experimentation.
- Analyze data to uncover pain points, opportunities, and actionable improvement ideas.
- Collaborate with the Growth team to initiate product marketing, growth ideas, and increase the traffic to Vay Nhanh.
- Support the product team in gathering requirements and preparing product documentation, including PRDs and user flows.
- Collaborate with Engineering and QA throughout development, testing, and UAT to ensure smooth execution.
- Track feature progress, follow up on issues, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
- Monitor key product metrics such as funnel performance, conversion rates, CSAT, error rate…
- Assist in designing and executing basic A/B tests, including hypothesis creation, setup, and monitoring.
2. Product Quality & Operations
- Monitor user issues, CS feedback, and feature defects; assess impact and propose timely resolutions.
- Perform post-release checks to ensure product quality, usability, and a seamless user experience.

- At least one exceptional achievement in any field
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Research or related fields is a plus.
- English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 800+, IELTS 6.5+ is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Product Development or related roles.
- Experience in fintech or digital lending is a plus.
- Strong user-centric mindset with foundational product thinking.
- Understanding of user behavior, funnel metrics, and growth activation mechanisms.
- Ability to analyze data and create simple, meaningful visualizations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- User-obsessed, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Comfortable with testing, experimenting, and iterating toward continuous improvement.
