● Final year students or fresh graduates or no more than 2 years of working experience with GPA at least 3.2/4 or 8.0/10, and can work full-time from July 2024
● Have business acumen and be passionate about the technology field and digital payment
● Proficient in Excel
● Skills in Data Analytics, Data Visualization is a big plus
● Good teamwork, communication, and problem solving skills
● Good self-learning ability
● Curious, eager to learn new knowledge

MoMo Talent 2022 là một chương trình rất nhiều thử thách, bọn mình vẫn gọi vui nhau là “Trâu-ni” vì làm trainee phải luôn chăm chỉ và cố gắng. Không ngừng cày cuốc kiến thức và kỹ năng mới để thích nghi với nhịp độ năng động ở MoMo khi vẫn chưa tốt nghiệp vẫn là một quá trình nặng đô với mình. Nhưng qua đó mình thấy bản thân học được nhiều điều từ anh chị trong phòng ban và được thúc đẩy phát triển rất nhanh cả chiều ngang lẫn chiều dọc. Mình tin một môi trường làm việc linh hoạt và cởi mở trước những ý tưởng mới như MoMo có thể sẽ là một nơi lý tưởng để bạn bắt đầu học và làm về fintech nha.

Mình cảm thấy rất may mắn vì đã đăng ký tham gia MoMo Talents 2022 và được lựa chọn là ứng viên duy nhất cho bộ phận InvestTech thuộc Business Unit Financial Services của MoMo. Cảm ơn MoMo đã tạo ra một chương trình rất hay để các bạn “young talent” như mình có thể trải nghiệm làm việc tại một “kỳ lân” công nghệ như MoMo.

Hiện tại mình đang cùng team phát triển các sản phẩm về đầu tư trên MoMo như Chứng Chỉ Quỹ và Túi Thần Tài. Mặc dù đã làm việc ở MoMo gần 2 năm nhưng vẫn là “em út” trong team và được yêu thương rất nhiều 🥰

FAQ

  • Where is the work location?
    MoMo Office – Phu My Hung Building , 8 Hoang Van Thai, District 7, HCMC and other locations as required by the company (if any).
  • What time does the program take place?
    The program will take place from May 28 to July 15; however, the time may change based on the actual progress of the program.
  • How long is a Trainee?
    The Trainee period for MoMo Talent 2024 is 06 months. Thanks to that, you will have the opportunity to work on important projects and experience the working environment in Departments such as Financial Services/Growth Marketing Center/Customer Intelligence Office/Corporate Data Office/Offline Payment. You’ll also receive regular feedback on your performance, study professional training programs taught by experts and managers, and receive 1 – 1 mentoring.
  • Are there vacancies at the Hanoi Office or the Da Nang Office?
    Regardless of whether you are in any province or country (if you are studying abroad), you can register to participate in the program. However, please note that the working location is Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Is there a chance to become a full-time employee after finishing the program?
    Of course. After 06 months, you will have the chance to be officially hired by MoMo based on the results of the review.
  • Is there a salary for this program?
    Extremely attractive salary, with full other allowances according to company regulations. You will be provided with all the necessary equipment to do the job.
  • There are 3 jobs but there are up to 5 departments in the program; is it possible to rotate jobs in these departments?
    No. You will stick with one position throughout our trainee journey. Your assignment to a department will be based on the results of our Competency Test and Interview round. Don’t worry, we will have training sessions so you can understand and integrate quickly into the position and department.
  • What parts does “Academy Transcript” include?
    A scanned transcript/photo of your most recent transcript or most recent degree showing your GPA.
  • Can I apply for multiple positions at the same time?
    Yes. However, MoMo will consider your application for the position we think you are most suitable for.
  • What issues will the Competency Test questions relate to?
    The Competency Test will assess your logic and data analysis abilities.
  • Will the Interview round be in English or Vietnamese?
    The discussion will be in Vietnamese. However, English is for work.
  • If I am not suitable for the MoMo Talent 2024 program, can I apply for another MoMo position/program?
