MoMo Talent 2025 has been a stepping stone that helped me gain so much confidence in myself. Throughout my journey at MoMo, I truly understood the meaning of ‘the power of small’, where success is built from many small contributions. Thanks to the encouragement and dedicated support from the GPD team, even as a junior, I felt that every initiative I worked on could create a positive impact for our users.

Through MoMo Talent 2025, I was able to better understand what I want to pursue and gradually gain more clarity about my future direction. Working in the Finance team gave me many opportunities to engage with real business problems and data, helping me develop a stronger sense of working with large datasets. Although I’m still a newbie and the only trainee in the team, my teammates have been incredibly supportive, making sure I never felt lost or alone.

MoMo Talent helped me realize that success doesn’t have to be something big, it’s about building products that seamlessly become part of users’ everyday lives. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to work on the User Immersion project, where I got to tackle real-world challenges and receive incredibly supportive guidance from my mentors, which helped me feel less overwhelmed in my early days.

At MoMo, I’ve come to truly understand the value of being trusted and empowered. My journey through MoMo Talent has been filled with meaningful ‘firsts’, my first project, my first success, and even my first time learning how to rise after failure. Each experience not only helped me grow in mindset and ways of working, but also taught me to deeply appreciate the value of recognition. The program has given me a strong foundation and greater confidence to stay committed to my path in Product.

MoMo Talent gave me the opportunity to work directly on real projects and turn my ideas into impactful initiatives, contributing to product development and creating value for millions of users. What made the journey even more meaningful was the support from dedicated buddies and mentors, who helped me grow not only in confidence but also in professional skills. MoMo Talent truly became a solid stepping stone for my future career.

Joining MoMo Talent has been one of the most memorable experiences in my journey, where I got to tackle real business challenges in Vietnam’s digital transformation landscape. I hope the program continues to open doors for more young talents to shine at MoMo.

I’m truly grateful to MoMo Talent 2022 and my team leaders for giving me the opportunity to start my career. At the time I applied, I had almost zero experience, which was definitely a disadvantage. But today, I’ve become a full-time employee, gaining valuable experience and growing every day.
