Product Management Trainee

• Work closely with product owners/product managers to define, develop, and enhance MoMo’s products;
• Conduct market research, user research and user analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI, Engineering, UX/UI, Growth, Risk and Business Development to bring innovative product solutions to life;
• Track product performance using data-driven insights and recommend optimizations;
• Participate in agile product development cycles, including brainstorming, prototyping, testing, and launching new features.

• Outstanding Academic 
• Background Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 7.5/10; 
• Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1; 
• Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;

• Department-specific Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field;
• Strong academic performance (GPA/accomplishments) or relevant personal projects demonstrating initiative and creativity;
• Data analysis skills to interpret and utilize insights effectively;
• Basic understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies;
• Basic understanding of user research, market research;
• A strong passion for fintech, digital products, and user-centric innovation;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
