We're seeking a motivated graduate to join our Customer Experience Excellent team as a trainee. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop analytical skills in a fintech environment while contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Assist in collecting and organizing customer journey data to help identify basic trends and improvement opportunities;
  • Help maintain dashboards that track key customer experience metrics;
  • Support cross-functional teams by gathering and organizing information related to customer needs;
  • Learn to design simple reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders;
  • Apply basic statistical methods to analyze customer data under supervision;
  • Assist with customer segmentation projects to help personalize user experiences;
  • Learn data quality monitoring processes to ensure reliable information;
  • Support the team with basic ad-hoc reporting needs;
  • Develop knowledge of fintech industry trends and customer experience best practices;

  • Outstanding Academic 
    • Background Minimum GPA of 3.2/4.0 or 8.0/10; 
    • Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1; 
    • Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;

  • Department-specific Requirements
    • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related disciplines preferred);
    • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts;
    • Willingness to learn technical skills and analytical methods Key Skills/Experience Required;
    • Basic analytical skills and eagerness to develop problem-solving capabilities;
    • Attention to detail and ability to organize information methodically;
    • Interest in data visualization and creating meaningful insights;
    • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese;
    • Familiarity with basic spreadsheet functions; willingness to learn SQL;
    • Proactive attitude and desire to contribute to team objectives;
    • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with different teams;
    • Growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning new technical skills;
    • Ability to follow directions and work under supervision while gradually developing independence.
