Senior Data Analyst, Brand Marketing

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing team to analyze and interpret data that guides our marketing initiatives, user engagement strategies, and product enhancements. Your analytical expertise will be instrumental in understanding user behavior, optimizing campaigns, and uncovering valuable insights to drive growth and retention.
What you will do
  • Build, develop, and maintain automated dashboards to monitor performance metrics;
  • Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from large datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization. 
  • Conduct analysis of users funnel, user segmentation & behavior, channel analyses…to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Analyzing the performance across all media channels and generating comprehensive reports that provide recommendations for improvement. Provide input on A/B testing strategies and assist in the analysis of test results to guide decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality to ensure data sources are reliable and relevant to the team’s purposes;
  • Design, implement solutions and best practices with automation and scalability in mind, to empower end-users to become self-reliant;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and engineers, to integrate data-driven insights into product development and feature enhancements.
  • Make ad-hoc reports & data analysis duties or other responsibilities as required
What you will need
  • Deep understanding in mobile app attribution model.
  • Have excellent analytical skills and problem-solving aptitude;
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills to explain findings clearly to the internal team as well as stakeholders;
  • Self-learner and quickly adapt to new knowledge and technical skills;
  • Ability to query with SQL or other SQL-based platforms;
  • Experience with Business Intelligent/ Analytics/ Statistics tools and languages (Google BigQuery, Google Data Studio, R, Python, etc.);
  • Experience working with a mobile app product and/or digital marketing channels is a plus.
  • Very strong analytical skill, capable of independently planning and conducting business analyses (both quantitative and qualitative).
  • Excellent communication skill and strong business mindset: thinking beyond the analyses,   combining creativity with business practicality to deliver high-impact initiatives.
