As a trainee, you will be guided by experienced mentors and collaborate with cross-functional teams to grow your technical and analytical skills. You learn and solve sophisticated business and problems using your creativity, analytical thinking, data-driven, and technical skillset.
- Collect, clean, and prepare large scale data for modeling, analysis, and production;
- Explore data using statistical techniques and visualizations to uncover insights and patterns;
- Build and evaluate ML models under the guidance of senior team members;
- Add new features, explore new approaches to keep pushing model and biz performance;
- Learn to design and conduct A/B tests to get experiment insight;
- Continuously expand your knowledge in data science tools, techniques, and technologies through hands-on work and team-led learning sessions.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Outstanding Academic
- Background Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 7.5/10;
- Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1 (nice to have);
- Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;

- Department-specific Requirements
- Solid understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, probability, and ML concepts;
- Experience with common ML algorithms: regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficient in Python (preferred) or R and SQL;
- A plus experience in Spark, Scala, and Java/Kotlin;
- Creative and excellent critical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Curious mindset and attitude to learn new tools/technologies quickly;
- Be a builder to go the extra mile to bring your prototypes to production;
- Strong product ownership to a high bar of product quality;
- Strong collaboration skills with good communication to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
