- Join a structured, high-growth learning journey with mentorship from senior data engineers;
- Participate in building resilient, scalable data pipelines and services for one of Vietnam’s largest tech ecosystems;
- Help ingest, process, and deliver data across batch and real-time systems;
- Contribute to the development of tools for monitoring data quality and performance;
- Learn and apply best practices in data modelling, pipeline architecture, and cloud infrastructure;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, analytics, and machine learning teams to deliver real business impact through data.

- Outstanding Academic
- Background Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or 7.5/10;
- Proficient in English: B2, IELTS 6.0, TOEIC 800, Cambridge C1 (nice to have);
- Less than 2 years of full-time work experience and available to join full-time;

- Department-specific Requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL and data manipulation techniques;
- Familiar with Python or another scripting language commonly used in data pipelines;
- Understanding of data structures, databases (relational and/or NoSQL), and ETL concepts;
- Familiar with tools such as Pandas, Apache Airflow, or similar is a plus;
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and data storage services is a bonus;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset;
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn modern data tools and technologies;
- Growth mindset, responsibility, and good collaboration skills;
- Experience in academic or personal projects involving data analysis or data pipelines;
- Knowledge of data streaming technologies such as Kafka, Spark Streaming, or real-time pipelines is a plus;
- Experience participating in or winning awards in informatics or programming competitions (e.g., Olympiads, ICPC, hackathons, etc.).
