Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and optimizing business processes to drive operational efficiency, improve performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and support continuous business growth while adhering to government regulations, international standards, and audit requirements.

What you will do
  • Process Analysis, Design, and Improvement:
    • Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Design and optimize processes to enhance performance, reduce costs, improve quality, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
    • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across departments to implement process changes and monitor results.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
    • Ensure all business processes comply with relevant government regulations and international standards such as SOX and IFRS.
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and ensure that business processes are adapted accordingly.
    • Support internal and external audit processes, and implement necessary process adjustments based on audit feedback to maintain a strong control environment.
  • Stakeholder Management, Communication, and Change Management:
    • Work closely with business leaders, department heads, and other stakeholders to understand process requirements and align process changes with organizational goals.
    • Provide training and support to employees regarding new or modified processes, and using BMP templates and tools.
    • Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or tools across teams, with a focus on compliance and audit controls.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to assess the effectiveness of processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting process performance metrics, compliance status, audit outcomes, and areas for improvement.
What you will need
  • At least 5 years of experience in leadership position. Proven as a seasoned Business Process Manager, Process Improvement Manager, or a similar role in Financial Services or Technology companie
  • Bachelor degree in Finance or relevant field. Certified in process management methodologies (such as Six Sigma, Lean, CBPP…) and project management (PMP) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Passionate about productivity enhancement.
  • Strong knowledge of process management methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, BPMN, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • PLUS – Experience with SOX compliance and leveraging technology in business process management.
