What Value Will You Create as a BUILD Fellow?

In BUILD, you will add value by taking ownership of business-critical missions. You’ll find the signal in the noise, turn it into a customer-back solution, and relentlessly drive it to impact - fast-iterating and execution-obsessed. 

You’ll lead cross-functional delivery, aligning Product, Tech, Data, Ops, Risk, Finance, Legal and Marketing to make trade-offs and move fast. Across rotations, you may drive Business Development, Product Development, and Growth. You will regularly brief senior leaders with updates on progress, risk, and decisions needed. 

By the end of each rotation, you will have delivered tangible results and strengthened your general management muscle on the path to Senior Manager and future BU leadership.

Who BUILD is designed for

 

BUILD is designed for professionals with approximately 5-7 years of post-graduation experience, a strong track record of results, and the ability to spot opportunities and make smart bets - ready to learn across domains and grow into broader leadership and business impact. Fintech experience is a plus, not a requirement; we welcome non-fintech talent for the fresh perspectives you bring.

How We Select Our BUILD Fellows

• Apply online. If your profile meets our requirements, we will ask you to go through an online Cognitive test. Duration: ~42 minutes 

• Selected candidates will be invited to join Alignment & Discovery Conversation to explore mutual alignment for the BUILD journey, while gaining deeper insight into the experience. Duration: ~40  minutes
