We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of proven experience, a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional UX/UI design skills, and a passion for creating user-centered products. You will play a key role in all phases of the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and testing. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior designers, managing design projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

What you will do

• Product Design:
• Conduct user research and analyze user needs and market trends.Contribute in building and developing our wireframe, mock-up and prototype solutions following our Design Systems and continually validate, test, experiment, and refine your work with users;
• Ensure consistency and usability across all platforms.Conduct user testing and analyze data to optimize user experience.Work closely with product team, be a partner and influence business stakeholders on different projects by gathering insights from research, develop hypotheses and explore multiple possibilities before focusing on a valuable and desirable solution, balancing user needs with business goals and strategy;
• Follow and help us improve our User-centered Design, Design Principles and advanced Design System while building innovative products;
• Partner with engineering to ensure a high-quality implementation and user experience.
• Project Management:
• Plan and manage design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines;
• Assign tasks and collaborate with team members;
• Maintain high design quality and aesthetic standards;
• Resolve issues and roadblocks during the project lifecycle. 
• Mentoring and Coaching:
• Share design knowledge and best practices with junior designers;
• Provide guidance and support to help team members develop their skills;
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Communication and Collaboration:
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure design alignment;
• Present and defend design concepts to stakeholders;
• Communicate effectively and build strong relationships with team members and stakeholders.

What you will need

• Experience: 
•  2-3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or UI Designer;
• Proven track record of designing and delivering successful digital products.
• Skills: 
•  Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies;
• Familiar with Design System, Design Sprint, Lean UXProficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite;
• Proficient in various design techniques such as wireframing, prototyping, development of UI assets;
• Familiar with UX methods such as crazy 8s, journey map, empathy map,… 
• Experience with user research and usability testing methods;
• Strong project management and organizational skills;
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills;
