Product Operations Manager

Ho Chi Minh

Oversee marketing platform operations including people, processes, technology and data that support marketing promotions, campaigns, communications and manual credit check to help team operate efficiently and cohesively

What you will do
  • Daily operations
    • Monitor the review and approval process for marketing promotions and communications to ensure compliance with company’s standards;
    • Monitor daily manual credit operations to ensure compliance with company’s standards
    • Measure overall performance and effectiveness of each marketing campaign (promotion scheme/ communication campaign)  through analytics, reporting and/or team dashboards;
    • Oversee marketing platforms (promotions, gamification, communication) to ensure stability and operational efficiency;
  • Campaign operations
    • Build and implement campaign execution plans including coordination across-functions to ensure campaign operations carried out effectively and within approved budget;
    • Monitor and oversee campaign quality to minimise operational mistakes and issues;
    • Be the bridge between Products, Business and Operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution;
  • Operational excellence
    • Standardise daily operational processes to ensure clear accountability and team/ person in-charged;
    • Optimise operating processes to maximise team efficiency and quality;
    • Collaborate with Products to improve marketing platforms for better user experience and higher team productivity;
    • Drive execution of operational processes across functions.
  • Platform improvement
    • Act as the key business users and contact points between Products and Business for Marketing platform and KYC platform;
    • Identify operational gaps to input into product improvement roadmap to enhance quality and productivity.
What you will need
  • At least 3 year experienced in business operations and team management;
  • Data-driven, accurate, systematic and methodical and good problem solver;
  • Experienced in project management, able to organise and prioritise tasks/projects;
  • Quickly adapt to change at a high speed space;
  • Enjoy dynamic and fast-paced environments;
  • Experience in process management is a Plus;
  • Makes an excellent team player and has good judgement.
