Total Rewards Manager

As Total Rewards Manager in MoMo, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative and scalable compensation and benefits programs that enable the attraction and retention of top talent. Reporting to the HRD, you will drive outcomes that will impact our entire organization. You are an analytical, creative and thoughtful thinker who excels in working with data and knows what it takes to succeed in a high-growth, high-demand cutting edge company. As the leader for this function, you will be driving and expanding a team of compensation & benefits professionals.

What you will do
  • Design, deploy compensation & benefits plans that are aligned with the company’s business objectives and talent strategy;
  • Conduct, compile, present research, analysis, modeling to support deployment of competitive, and impactful compensation & benefits programs;
  • Iterate on and lead deployment of the company compensation review process (salary, short-term incentive, and long-term incentives) including input on budgeting, and external market data, in partnership with HRBPs;
  • Ensure our internal salary bands are calibrated on a regular basis, to maintain competitiveness with the external market, while tracking the effectiveness of our programs;
  • Conduct internal pay equity research intermittently, and ensure our pay guidelines are adhered to fairly across the organization;
  • Partner closely with Executive leadership, HR CoEs/Legal/Finance on our company stock, equity programs, and grant guidelines;
  • End-to-end administration of the ESOP and exercise process;
  • Provision of accurate ESOP-related information regarding employees’ total grants, vesting, exercisability, grant price, etc. on a regular basis;
  • Develop of total rewards online platform to provide a convenient one-stop solution for all rewards-related topics;
  • Prepare and present materials to the Compensation Committee;
  • Ensure all compensation & benefits programs are effectively managed, compliant with external regulations, plan governance;
  • Maintain external relationships with vendors, advisors to review, manage compensation & benefits plan, design, and administration;
  • Manage, develop the team of compensation & benefits professionals.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or business discipline required;
  • Master’s degree in business or finance fields preferred;
  • 10+ years of global compensation, and benefits experience, preferably with some time spent in a fast paced high growth start-up or tech based organization. Public company experience is a plus;
  • Deeply analytical and agile mindset;
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: Macros & VBA programming, data analytics, data simulation, pivot tables, reporting, conditional formatting (heat maps, Harvey balls, graphs etc.)
  • Experience in building C&B functions from a small startup to enterprise level;
  • Strong knowledge of relevant MOLISA regulations;
  • Experience in compliance with Vietnam regulations related to labor including Work Permit applications, Trade Union relations, and others;
  • Knowledge of legal requirements impacting compensation and benefit administration;
  • Technical knowledge of compensation design, including incentive, commission, executive compensation program designs, and associated tax implications and requirements;
  • Track record of providing creative, proactive, and contemporary designs, and programs responsive to the company’s evolving strategies;
  • Experience developing a long-term digitized platform for rewards administration in a high-growth company;
  • Must have an ability to roll up sleeves, (hands-on work style), act as mentor and a team player;
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving skills;
  • Good English verbal and written communication skills;
  • Strong people management skills;
  • Demonstrated thorough understanding of general business operations, processes that enables this person to interact with internal, external customers, including all levels of management.

Strategy Analysis Executive

You will be part of the special projects team, helping to define the strategies to MoMo’s key business areas. Your role will be to support senior members in strategy formulation, collaborate and work with cross-functional teams on a wide range of issues: from new product development, go-to-market plan, and general corporate strategy.
