Growth Manager, Financial Services

What you will do
  • Define and propose the user growth strategy for all BU FS Product;
  • Design growth campaigns that will drive both acquisition and retention for the growth of business;
  • Own the relationship with Ops and other internal functions (Product, Marketing, Market research, BI) to ensure alignment and secure the support needed to execute the growth plan;
  • Able to use effectively data analytics to optimize promotional programs based on customers behaviors, significantly reducing cost while growing and retaining users;
  • Work closely with product team to provide additional user insights for product development as the essential way for growth;
  • Lead the execution of major projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, product feedback & optimization;
  • Manage budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in-app and external channels;
  • Define key metrics and their relationship to measure business success.
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data, Business or Finance;
  • Strong experiences in relevant fields such as Growth, Digital Marketing, Analytics or User insights;
  • Familiar with the Ecommerce/Fintech market and able to draw on local nuances to design growth activities that are highly relevant to our users;
  • Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
