What you will do

• Independently evaluate, consult and control the assigned work/section of work; 
• Carrying out legal consulting work at the request of business units to ensure: (i) compliance with legal regulations, internal regulations of the company (ii) effective quality of consulting activities best and according to SLA;
• Draft, review and negotiate a variety of agreements and contracts;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives;

What you will need

• Bachelor degree in laws, background in finance – banking is a plus; 
• Up to 5 years’ proven experience in legal; 
• Creative thinker with the ability to provide innovative legal solutions to complex problems;
• Positive attitude and results-oriented approach, with a strong commitment to the company’s values and mission;
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly both orally and in writing; 
• Good legal knowledge and ability to conduct legal research, legal memo drafting;
• Ability to understand the business and balance business needs with legal and ethical obligations;
• Good time management and organizational skills.
